What each action costs
A credit is the unit Klaracase bills in. The balance belongs to your organisation. On the paid plans the allotment renews at the start of each month, and unused credits lapse at the end of the month. Free includes 30 credits once, for the first organisation you create. They are valid for 30 days from the grant and do not renew. Repeat the same action in the same month and you do not pay again.

Where your search queries are processed
A search embeds your query and reranks the results with AI. Who runs that processing differs by package. This distinction matters most for confidential work.
Standard packages
AI-assisted processing (query embedding: a numeric representation of the text for search; result reranking: a second pass that re-sorts the results by relevance) runs on contractually bound processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Your data is not used for training.
