Klaracase in ChatGPT and Claude: sources as a card, citation check in the chat

Your AI assistant now shows the sources from Klaracase as a card, checks citations in the chat and gives the status of administrative guidance.

You can connect Klaracase to ChatGPT and Claude. Your assistant finds decisions, statutes and administrative guidance in Klaracase and provides file numbers and citations. With the release of 7 November 2026, it displays sources as a card below the answer, not just as text.

Sources as a card

When an answer uses sources from Klaracase, a card appears below it. The card shows each source with its court, date and file number. Click a source to open the full text in Klaracase. You can check each statement directly against the source.

The card has two views. The list view stacks the sources. The graph view shows which decisions cite each other.

Timeline

The timeline sorts the decisions on the card by court and year. You see which court decided and when. If your assistant supports it, you can open the timeline in full screen.

Citation check in the chat

Paste a brief or another text into the chat and ask your assistant to check the citations. The card lists each citation and its check result, such as whether the file number exists and whether the citation matches. A filter isolates the citations with problems.

Administrative guidance with status

For a BMF letter or a section of a set of guidelines, the card shows whether the text remains in force. If a newer text replaced it, the card lists the chain of successors, newest first.

Select and copy

Click "Select" to mark individual sources on the card. Click "Copy" to export them as a citation list or as a plain list with links for your brief. Click "Save in Klaracase" to open your projects in Klaracase.

How to connect Klaracase

If you already connected Klaracase, you do not need to change anything. The card appears in every new chat.

All technical changes for developers are in the changelog.
