Every provision on its own
Each section is a hit of its own, with statute, heading and text. With get_norm and GET /api/v1/norms/{reference} you fetch one federal provision by its citation, with its version.

For each norm you find the decisions that cite it, with the cited_norm filter.

We add new federal statutes daily and update amended statutes within a week.
