Yes. The REST API and the MCP server return German decisions on the GDPR and the BDSG with full text and citations. The address https://klaracase.de/mcp/datenschutzrecht searches decisions that cite either statute.

How do I find decisions on Art. 82 GDPR programmatically?

Set the cited_norm filter to "Art. 82 DSGVO". Spellings such as DS-GVO or GDPR in the decisions map to the same norm.

What does access cost?
