# Klaracase

> Klaracase is an API and MCP server for German case law and statutes. It checks citations in legal texts against a corpus of German court decisions. Klaracase is not affiliated with any court or the federal government.

Use one API token for the REST API and the MCP server. Answers carry the court, the date and the file number of every decision. A citation that is not found in the corpus is not a claim that it does not exist.
